SALUMI “GENIO” BUTUSSI – DELIZIE DEL FRIULI

Supermercato Butussi SNC, founded in 1968 in Corno di Rosazzo (UD), is a historic family-run shop renowned for its artisanal cured meats. Led by Eugenio “Genio” Butussi, the business preserves the traditional Friulian art of pork butchery, carefully selecting pigs from small local farms and processing them in its own slaughterhouse.

The meats are prepared according to natural recipes and aged in cellars. Their flagship product is the “Furlan di Genio” salami, bearing the “IO SONO FVG” trademark. In addition to cured meats, the shop offers wines, sweets and local specialities, bringing the most authentic flavours of Friuli’s culinary tradition to the table.
