Fricuz – Artisan Crispy Frico
Founded in June 2022 in Resiutta (UD), Fricuz blends tradition and innovation with a recipe passed down from a maternal aunt. The company produces crispy frico (a traditional cheese crisp from Carnia) using only local Carnian cheese, entirely hand-processed and baked without added seasoning.
The result is a light, easy-to-digest product with bold flavour, maintaining authenticity, freshness and the artisan quality typical of the region. With its characteristic aroma of milk from mountain pastures, Fricuz frico is ideal as an aperitif, tasty snack or nutritious meal.
