Giovanni Cimarosti founded the knife manufacturer Euroblades in 2004. He was following in the footsteps of his father, who opened his own cutlery factory in 1960. The company is based in Maniago, which has been a famous blade production hub for hundreds of years.
Euroblades is a specialist manufacturer of kitchen and butcher’s knives. It takes part in Italy’s leading trade fairs and sells its products all over the country.
Euroblades is one of the top companies in its field in Italy, thanks to Cimarosti’s vast experience stretching back more than 50 years, as well as its select raw materials, its meticulous workmanship and the product customization options it offers to its customers.
