Candotti Farm

Nestled in the unspoiled heart of Carnia, Candotti Farm is located in Socchieve, in the charming Casolare di Cavallaria, at the foot of Mt. Rest. This old rural building, which had been uninhabited for years, has found new life thanks to the passion and commitment of the Candotti family, who chose to bring it back to the center of local agricultural life. In the surrounding fields we carefully grow quality raw materials, which we handcraft into preserves in oil, pickles and sauces with an authentic taste. Each product comes from fresh ingredients, harvested within walking distance of the workshop, to ensure genuine flavor and a direct link to the land. Our philosophy is simple: km0, respect for seasonality and enhancement of Carnia’s natural resources. The result is a line of specialties that tell the story and identity of our territory.
