COLTELLERIE MASUTTI DI MASUTTI CLAUDIO
Claudio Masutti started his career in the production of scissors in 1971, as an apprentice at “Coricama”, which was the first big cutlery factory in Maniago. Drawing on the experience that he had built up over the years, in 1985 Claudio went into business on his own as a sole trader. “Coltellerie Masutti” is the name of his artisan workshop, which is now found at 33 Via A. di Prampero in Maniago.
Scissors of various kinds have always been the main form of output. Over the years, the selection has been complemented by full manicure sets and items for beauticians, some of which are sold directly by Masutti at markets and trade fairs.
The latest products combine craftsmanship with technology: the cases in the Beauty Smart range contain a microchip that can be used to see the owner’s production work, but they can also be customized with videos, photos or dedications, so they make unique gifts.
