This oil mill is a family business that is now run by Ellis, an agriculturist and the eldest son in the Tomasin family. Following in his parents’ footsteps, in 2003 he began growing olive trees.
20 years later, the business is constantly evolving. It makes extra virgin olive oil using the fruits from a number of varieties that have adapted to the land in the North East of Italy. It is sold under six different extra virgin olive oil labels and ranges from lightly fruity to medium and rich.
The mill also processes olives on behalf of others.
