Marco Battistuta opened Pasticceria Charlotte in 2011 in Dolegnano, near San Giovanni al Natisone. Guided by the love for making exquisite cakes and sweet delicacies that they all share, as well as classic pastries the staff create distinctive products with ties to the local area, such as a special selection of tubs of wine ice cream and wine-filled chocolates.

A seasonal approach is taken to all of the products and the range of high-quality, wonderfully fragrant creations includes Panettone, Colomba and Gubana. Everything passes through the expert hands of skilled pastry chefs.

All of the products are made from first-rate ingredients. As well as in Pasticceria Charlotte itself, they can be found in its partner shops, cafés and bars.
