Founded in June 2022 in Resiutta (UD), Fricuz combines tradition and innovation through a recipe passed down from a maternal aunt. The company produces crispy frico, a traditional cheese crisp from Carnia, using only local Carnian cheese. The product is entirely handmade and baked without added seasoning.
The result is a light, easy-to-digest product with a bold flavour that retains the authenticity, freshness and artisanal quality typical of the region. With its characteristic aroma of milk from mountain pastures, Fricuz frico is ideal as an aperitif, a tasty snack or a nutritious meal.
