OLISPIN
We have been growing sea buckthorn on our family-run farm in Santa Maria di Sclaunicco since 2014. We make juice, compote, herbal tea and much more, both in conjunction with local companies and in our own processing facility.
Sea buckthorn is a plant that is native to Friuli Venezia Giulia. It has thorny branches and orange berries that are packed with nutrients, especially vitamin C.
This spontaneous shrub has become a crop that is cultivated with great dedication and care. Sea buckthorn is an endless source of inspiration for delicious, wholesome and simple new products.
